– All Participants are required to have an active account to register for 12th ISNS-Asia Pacific 2027 and submit Abstract.
– Login with valid email and password to proceed further
– If you have forgotten password, please click Forgot My Password and provide the relevant information to receive your password.
– Participants can view transactions through MY ACCOUNT on their respective dashboards
– To proceed, Participants will receive notification emails related to transactions and account information in the email.
TERM & CONDITION
– ISNS Academy’s participant is the 12th ISNS Asia Pacific Regional Meeting’s Registrant.
– Physician means the licensed medical doctor.
– LIC/LMIC/UMIC rates will be reflected according to the country/region you select in each ticket type base on World Bank Classification https://data.worldbank.org/country/low-and-middle-income
– Group discount: Special 20 % discount applies to groups of 5 or more people from the LIMC. This discount is applicable only if applied at the same time and cannot be added later. For application to the group discount, please contact our Secretariat at registration@geoconvex.com. Online registration cannot be available for the group discount
– Accompanying persons can participate in the Cultural Night Dinner by paying the charge. The preschool children can register for free. Only family members or similar family members can register as the accompanying persons. Active participants cannot register as the accompanying persons.

PAYMENT METHOD
– Global Echo Organizer Convex acts on behalf of the ISNS 2027 to handle fee collection.
– To ensure smooth registration processing, all delegates making Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments must clearly indicate their unique registration ID and registered name on the payment slip. Please ensure this information is accurately provided to avoid any potential delays or complications.
– Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
– Participants can Login to re-access their account and click “Confirm Payment”, and upload proof of payment (JPG; PNG; PDF) of a maximum of 2 MB or contact the Secretariat via WhatsApp +62811882080 by sending a photo of the proof of transfer.
– It may take up to 3 working days for the Secretariat to verify the transaction. Changes in payment status can be seen in MY ACCOUNT and/or subsequent email notifications.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
The deadline for payment is 01 May 2027.
Unpaid registration will cause the participant’s name to be deleted automatically by the system.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND
– Notification of cancellation of registration for ISNS 2027’s participants must be made in writing by email to the secretariat. However, an administrative fee of USD 50 will be imposed.
– All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Symposium is held.
– The registration fee will be refunded with the following cancellation conditions:
• Cancellation 30 days before the event – 50% payment will be refunded
• Before 30 days & during the Event – No refund of registration fee
• Participants who have completed the payment but not attending the event will not get a refund for registration fee
